Advantages

1.When using a polishing tool, it is recommended that the previous process be machined to a surface roughness of Ra 3.2 or better. The better the quality of the surface roughness before polishing, the better the results.

2.A polishing tool cannot be used as a finishing cutting tool. It does not produce chips and has minimal impact on dimensions.

3.Suitable for machining various common steel workpieces, quenched and tempered workpieces, copper. It is less suitable for machining acrylic, plastic materials.
