Advantages

1.The use of diamond polishing tools allows for turning instead of grinding, improving the surface roughness of the workpiece and achieving a mirror-like finish.

2.By adjusting the tool holder angle, the polishing tool can process external circles, end faces, and curved surfaces, but it is not suitable for machining internal holes.

3.The material of the tool tip is diamond, which currently has the highest hardness and wear resistance. The stable welding method prevents the diamond tip from detaching.

4.Suitable for machining metals with a hardness between HRC 18-68.

5.Suitable for various types of conventional lathes and CNC lathes, but not suitable for machining centers, milling machines, etc.

Note

1.When using a polishing tool, it is recommended that the previous process be machined to a surface roughness of Ra 3.2 or better. The better the quality of the surface roughness before polishing, the better the results.

2.A polishing tool cannot be used as a finishing cutting tool. It does not produce chips and has minimal impact on dimensions.

3.Suitable for machining various common steel workpieces, quenched and tempered workpieces, copper. It is less suitable for machining acrylic, plastic materials.
