Milling cutter customization process

1.Customization requirement: Contact customer service and submit the customization requirements.

2.Drawing confirmation: Determine the milling cutter specifications, dimensions, coating options, and clarify if there are any special purposes for the milling cutter.

3.Price confirmation: Based on the requirements, a pricing plan will be provided to determine the order price.

4.Customization payment: Place an online order and make the payment.

5.Production: After the order is confirmed, the factory will start production according to the requirements.

6.Logistics delivery: The customized products usually take around 10 days for production. After that, international logistics will be used for shipping.

Note: The tool tolerance is -0.01mm to -0.03mm, and customized tools are not eligible for returns.

The products are suitable for high-speed milling cutters but not suitable for low-speed equipment such as bench drills.
